Return Period:
Products may be returned within 30 days after the delivery date. Please make sure you start the return request inside this window of time.
Eligibility:
Within 30 days of the delivery date, returns are permitted.
The item needs to be unused, in its original packing, unopened, and still wrapped in its shrink wrap.
A reverse shipping cost of ₹50 will be billed to the client if a return is requested because of personal choice or a quality issue.
As an alternative, clients can return the item to our warehouse at their own expense by utilizing a courier service of their choosing.
Returns are not accepted for orders in bulk (more than five items).
Products bought on third-party platforms are subject to the return/replacement policies of those sites.

Refund for returned goods:
The product will go through a quality check after the pickup is finished and it arrives at our warehouse. We will start the refund process as soon as the product passes the quality inspection.
In order to execute the refund for COD orders, the customer will be required to supply their bank account information.
Refunds for orders that were paid for in advance will be returned to the original payment source.
It could take 7 to 14 days for the refund to appear in the bank account after it is started.
Refund for Order Cancellations:
We will conduct the refund to the original payment source as soon as the order is canceled and the system has been updated.
It could take 7 to 14 days for the reimbursement to appear in the bank account.
